Add an ActionsLinks type (with a Booking field — the public Sevenrooms reservation widget URL of a venue) and embed it in StoreCreated and StoreUpdated. Enables FL-1188 "Book now" per-venue link to flow from BSM through the store events to CMS and onto the community post payload.

Additive, backward-compatible field. Covered by JSON round-trip tests.
