FL-1227 VibeCreated: one creation event for both origins, joinable via posReservationId

Renames VisitVibesCreated back to VibeCreated on cms.vibe.created — the PostCreated precedent: automatic posts publish the same event as any post, so automatic Vibes publish the same event a manual one will. PosReservationID (additive, optional) is what tells the origins apart, mirroring VibeViewed and D-45's provenance rule, and is the only field a consumer can join to POS data.

The granularity trade-off is accepted and documented on the type: the automatic creation fires once per visit, not per dish.
