FL-1110 feat: expose venue_id as ExternalVenueID on Reservation

Parse SevenRooms venue_id and surface it on the vendor-neutral pos.Reservation so phone-scoped cross-venue pulls (ETL history fan-out, FL-1078 D-52) can resolve venue_id -> (brand, store). Additive public field; not PII. RawPayload audit copy still redacted.
